(Bag & Boots c/o YoungHungryFree)

Today I went back to Hualien County where I spent my toddler-hood here in Taiwan.
I've always came back here almost every year without fail, as much as my family liked or could afford, that was when my grand parents were still with us,
now that they've passed on, what used to be a warm and fuzzy cottage, became just another old house.

We started to visit less, but this year, I went out of my way to make sure that we get our asses here to this beautiful place.
It got me thinking, how fragile life is, even though my grand parents have long passed on, this place remained the same,
life went on, amidst the beauty of the abundant nature, regardless of its old owners who used to live here.

This time round, I finally took time to really appreciate the beauty of this place. Its funny because this was the same place me and my cousins played at when we were 8.
And for more than a decade, I've never seen its beauty like how I did today. This place brought back memories that can never be relived, but I'm still glad to call this home.

Nothing beats capturing moments on film, one snap and there's no going back,
allows us to really show snippets of the most genuine moments,
and not the best out of 100 iPhone spams (guilty as charged) Ooops!

This roll was taken back when I was having internship all the way to the first week of school recently.
Just stills of the environment & people around me, I love capturing their candid moments and share more than just a posed pretty face once in a while.
Currently halfway through yet another roll, I want to speed this up and get to developing already!!
